In a move to expand its global presence and cater to the needs of large multinational and pharmaceutical companies, Solita, a technology, data, and design company, has launched its Swiss office under the brand Intellishore AG. This marks Solita’s ninth country of operation, following the successful collaboration of Solita and Intellishore in Denmark in 2021.

Intellishore, known for its expertise in tackling complex data and strategy challenges, especially within life sciences, operates in multi-disciplinary, agile teams. The company’s approach combines strategy, actionable insights, and cultural change with the latest technology to drive impactful outcomes for its clients.

Ossi Lindroos, Chief Executive Officer of Solita, expressed his enthusiasm about the expansion, stating, “Our growth strategy has been about serving our customers in the best possible way and building a culture that fosters the well-being and growth of our people. We are happy to carry on our journey together with the Intellishore team in Zürich.”

The new office in Zürich is expected to become an attractive employer for Swiss professionals seeking a humane, Nordic working culture. Solita has been recognized for its exceptional company culture and was named the world’s third-best workplace for women in the Women in Tech Global Awards in 2023.

To spearhead its operations in Switzerland, Intellishore has appointed Mikkel Moller Andersen as the Managing Director of Intellishore AG. Andersen commented, “Opening an office in Zürich will bring us closer to our customers in Switzerland and provide a stepping stone for expanding our operations there. Already more than half of Intellishore’s revenue comes from outside of Denmark. Establishing a new office in Zürich is a natural next step for us on our growth path.”

With the addition of the Swiss office, the Solita group of companies now boasts over 2,000 experts across nine different countries in Europe. The company will begin recruiting IT, data, and pharma specialists in Zürich immediately, aiming to further strengthen its position as a leading provider of technology solutions for multinational corporations and pharmaceutical companies.
