Taiwanese technology company Osense has inked a strategic partnership with MYWAM, Malaysia’s leading provider of software solutions for clinics and medical centers, to introduce its cutting-edge Qubby AI dialogue business platform to Southeast Asia. Specializing in AI and XR, Osense has developed groundbreaking products like Taiwan’s first virtual anchor, Minxi, a 3D AI virtual dialogue business solution called Qubby AI, and the pioneering AI customer service platform for dentists, Qubby AI DentalGPT.
The burgeoning medical market presents a prime opportunity for the implementation of Osense’s innovative products. These technologies not only slash clinic operational expenses but also offer flexible payment solutions and subscription services that ease clinic adoption, paving the way for sustainable growth. With Southeast Asia poised to emerge as the world’s fourth-largest economy, boasting a population of 700 million, Osense is eyeing expansion into this promising region. Through their collaboration, Osense and MYWAM anticipate that approximately 3,000 clinics across Southeast Asia will integrate the Qubby AI dialogue business platform into their operations by the end of 2024.
Additionally, Osense will promote Qubby AI DentalGPT, a product developed in collaboration with Create Trillion Biotechnology, to the Southeast Asian market. Joseph Wang, the founder and CEO of Osense, hailed the partnership as a significant milestone for Taiwan’s artificial intelligence software technology within the global medical industry. Dr. Felix Chang, Osense’s chief product officer, emphasized that Qubby AI and DentalGPT have been tailored to meet the specific requirements of clinics, featuring dedicated AI models and databases. These have been seamlessly integrated into a user-friendly guide that supports various platforms, including LINE, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, websites, and kiosks.
Chang highlighted that these tools not only deliver precise and real-time responses to inquiries through virtual doctor personas, AI voices, and text but also support 30 languages with more to come, underscoring their adaptability and scalability. The partnership between Osense and MYWAM is poised to revolutionize the healthcare industry in Southeast Asia, ushering in a new era of AI-powered solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
